- If you are within our Toronto courier delivery zone, one of our drivers will meet you within 2 hours. You can pay with cash or credit/debit upon delivery. $80 minimum order required, delivery is FREE. Our driver will text your number 10-20 mins upon arrival.
- If you are outside of our courier delivery zone, but still anywhere in Canada we will provide professionally packed, discreet, smell proof package via Xpress Canada Post. Email Money Transfer as a payment option in this case. 100$ minimum order required, shipping is FREE. Your package will be assembled and shipped out ONLY after we receive your payment.
HOW TO CREATE/EDIT/CANCEL YOUR ORDER
No Sign Up needed! Simply start shopping, proceed to checkout and your order is ready to go!
If you like to add or edit your order, we ask of you to make a brand new order with the correct adjustments and email us regarding your old order so we can cancel it or add a note to your new.
If you want to cancel your order that is not processed yet, email us as well.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
If, for some reason the package contents are not what you ordered or damaged in some way we will be happy to rectify this – please call us/email us/or text us to arrange replacement or a store credit. Once your package has been shipped/delivered our refund policy ONLY allows for replacement or store credit. We do not send money to customers as a refund option. For this reason, please make sure you are ordering the correct product for your situation. Missing products will be shipped/delivered separately at our expense. Damaged products will be replaced or you can choose a store credit (a photo of the damage may be required). If the package was mangled in transit please take a picture of it so that we can show it to Canada Post.
If you paid by E-Transfer and your payment has not yet been accepted (you have not received confirmation from your bank that the transfer has been accepted) then you can cancel this E-transfer by logging into your bank and cancelling it. The money will instantly be returned to your account.
